Who We Are
The Toronto Wellness Collective is a women-run practice providing individuals of all genders and identities with strengths-based, trauma-informed emotional and mental health care.
Our mission is to provide -- individually and as a team -- non-judgemental, collaborative support to all of our clients. We aim to widen the lens of perspective through compassionate inquiry, empowering our clients as they pursue healing and enhanced well-being.
Group work allows people with similar lived experiences to share space together and support each other's healing, learning and sense of belonging.
